How to Craft Your Effortless Business

There is plenty of information about what to do. The hard part is figuring out how to do it with your business, your challenges and your strengths.

The easiest way to get more time is to stop doing some things. We fall into habits of busyness, doing things because we did them before, not because we need to do them. Track how you spend your time. Be mindful.

Start with the most important. Don’t believe that you have to get the mundane out of the way first, before you can work on your most important, creative and fun projects. Start every day with one of the projects that you have sitting on the back burner waiting for the time. Your priorities will shift, you will feel more energized and you will fly through the routine tasks.

Create systems for mundane tasks. Make up lists and tool kits for routine tasks.

If you keep doing things the same way you will get the same results. You will have to learn and try and get creative. Enjoy the process. Embrace the adventure.

Be aware of resistance. It is a clue that you are exiting your comfort zone. Yes, it feels uncomfortable, but the more you do it, the easier it gets.
