We’ll go over your business numbers and glean the juicy bits. We’ll talk about what’s not feeling right for you. We’ll look into the nooks and crannies to ferret out the redundancies, the obsolete bits and the no-longer-relevant “that’s the way we’ve always done it” processes.

We’ll examine your business model for hidden gems of value. Where are you making your money? Where are you losing money? Where are the opportunities for offering more value for your customers thereby, making more money?

I’ll share examples of how it’s done by others and how not to do it.

How it Works

We start by booking your appointment. We’ll block off 2 hours together for the first call.

Your appointment is secured by your payment of only $500.

I’ll send you a survey and that will tell me what information we will need. Then I will send you back a list of what to have with you.

We’ll meet live or virtually.

First we will objectively dissect how you are doing using your financial and other data. (Current financial statements help, but we can use raw numbers if they are not up to date)

We will examine your business to determine what is working and what isn’t. We will identify what needs to be fixed, amended, discarded or added.

We will take what is working best, add in all your ideas and dreams, then put them into a priority order.

We will use this information to create your strategic plan.

Between the 2 of us, we will strategize the ways to implement what your plan.

We will create a logical action list so you know exactly what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it.

OUTCOME: You will have a clear strategic plan with action steps and benchmarks.

OUTCOME: I’ll send you a follow up with what we discussed, the specific information I promised to send during our meeting and other tools, tips, tricks, hints and information that I think of as I digest our discussion and write it up.

OUTCOME: At the end of our meeting you will have chosen several actions you will take in the near term. If it makes sense for us to continue working together to help you complete those actions – I promise I won’t leave you stranded.

It won’t end there. We’ll schedule a follow-up for about a week later.

After that, I will still be here to answer questions and offer clarification.
